Hi! I’m Emmie

A competitive dancer from Florida with a passion for storytelling through movement.
Dance has been a part of my life for years, and it’s taught me resilience, discipline, and the confidence to keep growing both on and off the stage.I train in lyrical, contemporary, and jazz, and I love bringing emotion and authenticity to every performance. Whether I’m preparing for competition, learning new choreography, or stepping in front of a camera, I enjoy every opportunity to express creativity and connect with others.Outside of dance, I’m the founder of EMPowered, a youth initiative dedicated to encouraging confidence, kindness, and leadership in young girls. My goal is to use my love of dance and my platform to remind others that they are capable, valuable, and stronger than they realize.Thank you for following my journey. I’m excited to see where it leads next!

What I do…

Stretch. Move. Empower.Something new is coming to EMpowered Dance Movement! 💗I am excited to introduce EMPowered Stretch Club, a live online stretching experience created to encourage dancers to make flexibility, mobility, and stretching a positive part of their dance journey.I am Continuing EducationI have successfully completed the CPD Certified course:Guide to Stretching For Flexibility & PostureThis additional training has helped me expand my knowledge of stretching, flexibility, and posture as I prepares to share my passion for movement with fellow dancers.

Dance is where I feel most at home. I strive to tell meaningful stories through movement while continually growing in technique, artistry, and performance. Every rehearsal and competition is an opportunity to learn, inspire, and become the best version of myself.

I enjoy being in front of the camera and love bringing energy, confidence, and authenticity to every project. My experience includes appearing in a local television commercial for Register Chevrolet, and I’m excited to continue growing through modeling, commercial, and lifestyle opportunities.
